if im not mistaken the creator of orion is actually a jmod for jagex, if thats not safe i dont know what is...

 

The creator of RSBuddy (ex botting site) is now a jmod and when that happened RSBuddy turned into a fansite. I think that RSBuddy just supports Orion. Matthew is the creator of Orion and Mod Jacmob is the Jagex Moderator that was the owner of RSBuddy.

It's safe if you aren't famous Runescape player. :D
