I'd recommend either a pure build (60 attack, 70+ str, 60-70 range+(for hp).

 

Or go the 40-45 def route.

 

40-45 def, 70-75 attack, 80+str.

I'd recommend higher because people will try take advantage of your defence.

yeah you will only be versing people with 1 def and 1 prayer so you atleast have to match them...

anyone can stake, its a matter of winning or not.
