Its not the fact it's 3m it's the fact that he could potentially scam other members

 

I KNOW THERES NOT MUCH PROOF BUT THERE'S PROOF HE HAS THE BONDS AND WONT GIVE BACK SO PROOVES HE'S SOMEWHAT A SCAMMER..
