Hey I'm new here, possibly switching over from another site as I like the looks of the API. If anyone spends much time over there I have scripter rank on that site, is there anything that we are required to have here to sell scripts?

Selling scripts individually is not allowed, but you can post local free scripts or put scripts in the SDN (Respository) and you can make them paid in there. I'm not sure if you are paid 100% from when people buy your script, but you can pm @Laz or and ask them.
