Obviously you can't, but they could have seen the bad in him if they would have payed attention to him for awhile longer before giving him dev.

The problem could have been avoided. Any sign of greediness should have set them off, they just didn't get to see it in time.

I don't think anyone saw this coming from Apple. He appeared to be active helpful and trustworthy.

Smart answered the question. I don't see any reason to keep this open as it will probably result in spam/flame.
