pls help cant open osbot

I recently messed with my windows .dll files, to get a new skin on my windows. it didnt succeed and i couldnt start windows at all anymore, restoring the .dll file didnt help and god knows why, i realy still dont know why it didnt help but anyway, i copied the drive's program files (including java) to my new windows program files, and i used open with: on osbot.jar, and i used an java application, but the wrong one and when itry to open osbot, a command prompt will open for 0.01 second and close. how can i restore the open with: defaults ? x.x 

 

cant seem to find it in the registry
