i trained with the script 40-60 attk str and def suiciding tho 

I think it has a pretty high ban rate yes, but I'm not sure

you have to donate to loot and that's it. other than then that it banks when it needs food. I trained here from 30 str to 75 str and my account is still running fine. but just a reminder that if you donate to this script it is link via runescape and not osbot so when you use make sure you use it on the rs account that you want the donation status on.
