Is i possible to run OSBOT at a really low priority and still play games without taking a hit in, in game FPS? I have other dedicated computers i can run it on but it would be more convenient like this.

The problem is you have a cpu that might not be sufficient when playing high demand games so I don't think it will work well.

The CPU is enough. I can play BF4 at ultra 60+. Games that start to have some lag at ultra settings are arma, RTS games.

Oh and its OC'd at 5.4 GHZ With a Corsair H100.

I have 50 fps even when playing Minecraft and COD Black Ops on my computer.

(Well, not playing, but minimalized)

I have i5-3210M and a GeForce 640M.

It all depends which games you want to play and which settings you want to play them.

The 640 can play COD games acceptably? That's pretty awesome. I might think about using that card in my HTPC. (If its a low-profile card)

I run Black Ops normally on 90 fps.

When I have OSBot running, the fps drops to 76 fps, which is still acceptable as I honestly don't notice a difference.

When having other programs on the background, like OSBot & minimalized Minecraft, my fps drops to 58 fps, which is noticeable as it goes into small lagging mode.
