Why it should be removed: We talked about graphics and he said that I could pay if I liked it. He made a graphics that I said I liked but would order sometime soon (He saint me a screenshot of it, not a file, so I couldn't use it. Was just a preview). Other things came up and I wasn't able to get the GP. Then he goes and puts negative feedback even though there was no transfer of goods of any kind...
