Why it should be removed: I did not hack his account back, AND my ToS that he know's about clearly states I'm not responsible/No proof it was me considering it wasn't..
Details: I just got back to College for 2nd semester and haven't been very active as you can tell my feedback dates etc, only done one transaction, I sold this account a little over a week ago before coming back. He was informed it wasn't my original account and had a link to my selling thread.
