It seems the host is having an issue with sending out emails. I clicked forget my password, but it is not sending me any emails. I have notifications set on email and I never get any. Can a staff help me manually change my password?

I bought a voucher the other day and the guy who bought it never got it. Luckily I was able to find it in my purchases.
