It has always been possible for me to pay with Visa Electron and I paid my VIP once with it, I have 6 euros, but now it doesn't let me to pay for a script which cost 2.5usd. :(

it might be that the script is a monthly payment, some debit cards will reject this. this happen to me when I was paying with a visa gift card.
