So about a week ago now i went to best caper to get a firecape done for my main account i paid him $16 via paypal for the cape my ranged level was only 40 and he suggest that he could get my range to 70 for 3M so i agreed to let him do this. i have not botted on my accont "goldfarming" bots i have used minotaurs giant red spiders rooftop agility and granite power mining. to assist caper in getting my account's ranged up i botted with ranging guild for a few hours up to 50 ranged. he then recieved the account and basically non stop botted it for 2 days. 

 

i woke up to a message from caper saying my account is banned that his friend had "hand levelled" the account for a few hours and it got banned. i went and checked my appeal centre and have come to realise my account is now permanetly banned caper insisted that i email jagex begging the account to be unlocked which i did so at the same time i also messaged them about my second accounts email which i recevied a response in about 40minutes i still have not received any response to the unlocking of my account. 

 

he procceded to blame it on me for not informing him that it had previous ban's which it does from the massive bot nuke awhile ago he never asked me if it had any bans or anything regarding botting so i was never inclined to inform him of it, i full understand that what happened was a ban due to botting. however i don't care so much for the account. i want to 30M+ that was on the account and my $16 back that i paid for a service and never recieved. 

 

if caper can provide this back i am fully willing to drop it all and forget it happened. he has not replied to me on skype since instructing me to email jagex.
