How to not get banned?

Featured Replies

How likely is it that I will get banned? How do jagex find out whether you bot or not? Is it in their system or do they just find out via reports?

They have programs that detect movements that are "not humanly possible." An example is a bot may click the same exact pixel everytime he runs to bank or clicks a tree, when a human clicks different places. There are many other ways to detect, this is just one. The only thing you can do to slow your ban is to bot hours that a human would be playing (don't bot 24/7, not humanly possible). You cannot prevent a ban completely and after a matter of time, you will be banned. All you can do is delay it.

I call this bullshit. You just have to bot at places where it's unlikely to get reported. Thus, you will not get banned at all.

Lol call b.s. all you want. Good luck botting :)

All I will say is from a computer perspective, if you click the same exact spot 10,000 times, you aren't a human. Very easy to detect.

Please don't post if you have no clue of what you are talking about

The system is not so good as RS3's one. If you take breaks you can minimize your ban a lot.

Lol, u must be pretty new with botting. Reporting is like the smallest element which leads to banning.

Confirmed by jagex that reports create heat-map of very popular boting spots. Not putting you for review.. And at first they implemented bot watch by certain areas, now it`s beyond that..

I don't know what being there or not being there would change, you're still botting

Been botting for 5 years, never been banned. Don't bot 24/7, I do around 12 hours a day. Also botting at places where there is either, alot of people or very little amount of people helps. For example, when I bot alching, I bot it at bank w1 where no1 can see or care about me. When I bot strength, I bot at places and worlds where there are minimal amount of people.

I've been botting for a long time, most of the time in RS3 (a few years ago, before EOC) and I've never been banned on any of my accounts. My little cousin on the other hand was banned on many accounts because he was reckless. Botting for like 20 hours a day, no break or anything like that, he was asking for it.

I only bot for "short" periods of time (varying from 2-3 hours to 7-8 hours, but never 10h+ streak) It's handy to use the break system, in real life it's not likely that you would stay online for 10 hours without even dcing once to go grab something to eat, take a piss, watch TV, etc ..

There's also a part of luck in there, but if you're careful you'll greatly reduce your chances. Bot smartly, and you should be fine! :P
