January 6, 201412 yr So i have 6 Runescape accounts.. 1) A main account which has good combat stats and a high fishing level. 2-6) All fishing bots. I bot sharks on ALL 6 accounts every night. I was banned on all 5 of my fishing accounts this morning for 'Gold farming.' However they haven't temp banned or banned my main account. Was this because i was trading all the sharks over to the main account? or for botting in general?
January 6, 201412 yr Your IP has been flagged. Try logging on your main and stay there for a few more minutes.

January 6, 201412 yr i guess your banned because you traded all the sharks to the main, i guess you didn't trade junk items from the main for the sharks, which jagex records as free sharks for you, which is nearly impossible since nearly noone will give anything for free on runescape.. try trading junk items from the account you are receiving the goldfarm items gl

My friend had an account banned due to gold farming then had a break then a month later he came back to playing on rs07 and played legit on the same IP. Still got banned after a few hours.
January 6, 201412 yr If IP flagging truly existed your main would of got hit too, merch bots wouldn't exist either. It's mostly pattern detection to be honest, if you're botting fishes on say 6/7 accounts and the last account is merching and your fishing accounts get hit, your merching account won't, I've had this happen to me and so have many others, they look for similarities between a batch of accounts. Ip flagging does exist, your pattern detection makes sense and may even be true however it is very known that ip flagging does happen and if you are banned for gold farming you should probably stop botting
January 6, 201412 yr if your trading stuff to your main for nothing most likely will get an account hijacking ban which is a perma ban no warning or nothing.
