Ok so today I bought a 55$ Paypal Card. It says like "My Cash -->> My PayPal / Send cash to your Paypal Account". I don't know what is wrong with it but when I try to add the card to my account I get this....

You have to comfirm your identity on paypal. Do what it tells you. I believe you need to either send a picture of your passport, drivers license or something.
