I cant see why not. Just install Java 7 on linux.

If you are running Ubuntu:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/java
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install oracle-java7-installer

Run OsBot under Java Runtime environment and it should work.

Works fine, should work with the base Java installation.
