Refund request for AIOFisher Pro

I bought AIOFisher Pro in august and it costed like 9.99 or something like that. I just came back and saw that it got deleted and it totaly fucks up all randoms. If possible i would have the cash i paid put on my account ballance so i could buy new fisher so vip would be worth it again.
