You are not supposed to type the email you need to type the accounts ingame name

i don't think there is a away because i have an account that im not making member either and cant find it....

Weird, I can look up an account that just lost membership a day or two ago on Orion, but not the account on the OT. Think it has to do something with how long ago the account lost membership
