I agree with truth, this account was 1 defence at first, 60 attack but I was losing constantly by other stakers and kids with defence..

So I got defence myself and as it turns out I was much more successful, it will be even deadlier with whip. 

The account is still 1 prayer, high defence and working on whip. Nearly 90 strength as well and is deadly boxer/ddser
