December 23, 201312 yr Hello Everyone! I have seen an increased number of user's with a wide range of technical problems on the Osbot chat and forums. I thought it would be a good idea to open up a Technical Support Service thread. The purpose of this thread is provide a place and method of providing any and all required technical support for All versions of Windows and Osbot/Runescape related issues. I have extensive knowledge of Windows XP/Vista/Win7/Win8 operating systems and most computer hardware. I am an expert in malware removal and diagnostics of any software or hardware related problem. I have worked in the IT Field for over 2 years and been fixing computers since I was 9 years old, now 21 In the past 4 months and from previous experience, I have a pretty good understanding and knowledge of setting up/running bot clients for maximum performance. I know how to setup bots/scripts and have gathered the best methods of botting on Runescape with minimal* chance of bans AKA botting smart. I will even help with software installs or system updating. So, no matter how silly the question may be, or how many you have, feel free to post here or PM me and I will be happy to help. I do not intend to charge anything for the majority of my services, however depending on the nature of your issue(if it is major) and the time to fix is extensive, there may be a small fee, all of which are negotiable before anything is done.
