After his other feedback was removed, he promptly re-added it. I pm'ed you Jordan but figured I would make it official. Also is it possible to have him warned/banned?

Why it should be removed: He is holding a personal grudge for the fact that I bought an acc for 8m from him and sold it for 25m he thinks I should give him more money and I wont, I know him IRL, He didn't pay for the leveling on the account either, + I refunded him everything he lost and gave the account back. 
Details: The feedback is false, he is holding a personal grudge against me...
