Unable to paste into thread body

EDIT:: It was my outdated internet explorer browser, everything works fine on firefox.

 

 

 

 

 

I am able to paste into topic title but not the body.
My goal is to post a progress image in my reply to someones script.
Using the default image url encoder doesn't work for me either.

Any suggestions on how to get around this?

is it lack of post count?
