By the looks of your customer history, your VIP renewal is pending. If you paid via ECheck, you will have to have your bank clear the check before it is accepted into the system. If you paid via paypal, it's a problem with paypal. You'll have to investigate the issue further on PayPal

If you would look at my feedback history can see that I have purchased VIP with credit I have bought with RSGP
