:o its you from sythe, and you need 20 posts to make threads in the acc selling thread, and 40 posts for services.

seems weird... i think vip should have a benefit that cancels the required post count

It is simple; you do not have enough post count. I believe it is 20.

20 post count for the Market and 40 post count for Services.
