Opinions on where to get from 55 to 90+ str at? 

 

I have DefNerds AIOfighter so I can bot anywhere, Just opinions on where would be nice.

 

 

1 prayer, so don't suggest anywhere that needs prayer/prayer xp quests to get to.

Security Stronghold has a lot of monsters that are good to use. You should try there.

I'm using a saradomin sword, first off.

Second off, Security stronghold is good, but has the highest ban rate of anywhere in OSRS at the moment, So I won't be using that idea.

just bott at rock crabs? your 40 def and wont need food, probably grinding out the best xp at the moment with that SS

rock crabs are only like 17K xp/hr if im lucky, I'm pulling in 30K xp/hr on these skeletons im killing for now until I find a better suggestion lol.
