Experiencing low FPS

Randomly, I keep experiencing low FPS. I babysit my account while I bot and noticed that randomly my account goes from 50 FPS to 3 or 4 FPS. This has caused me to die from randoms a number of times. This FPS issue started at OSbot 1.5.10. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Maybe its a virus, maybe you have old Java version, maybe you dont have enough ram while botting and then doing other stuff on pc. 

Do you have a fast computer? You might be using alot of processes programs up idk...

I ran a virus scan two days ago, no virus. Ive updated java, and made sure it was 64-bit. On previous versions I watched dragon ball z while botting.

    OT: I get this all the time when opening 4 tabs. It's not PC and I'm running Java 7 64-bit
