Why can't I post in the marketplace? I mean make a topic?

Maybe cause you need a postcount of like 30 i think it is, i may be wrong on the post count but you need some sort of one

In market section for Buying / selling gold/ accounts u need 20 posts

 

and for services u need 40 posts
