Yes you can get banned from Osbot jagex have been handing out alot of bans recently

Just imagine if you'd started using it in May when you joined (assuming you didn't).... You'd probably have achieved all of your goals by now

Just take it easy and don't bot stupidly 

Yo I got banned a couple times for botting to much I would say don't do 10 hours everyday but 10 is acceptable couple times a week say the weekend, and 4-5 on other days. I don't like to leave my bot running for more than an 1 maybe 2 hours without me babysitting. Babysitting meaning you should check on you not every 15-30min when you can and make sure everything is good talk to some people for couple mins. I like to join a cc and stay on cc tab with pub off. Make sure not to immediately bot when you get on. Don't train the same thing everyday for weeks. Take days off. Make sure the script your useing works for an hour before leaving it at all.

Trilez's bot is probably the best for goldfarming because of the following:

• Less CPU/MEM usage than OSbot's (I can run 40 tabs on tri, but only 30 on OS)
• You can view multiple tabs at the same time with "bot overview" 
• Notifications that can be sent via text message, telling you if you failed a random event or if a script stopped
• A page that''s viewable on your mobile phone so you can restart scripts away from your computer

The only con is that it's more expensive to maintain seeing as most scripts require you to make multiple auth purchases.

i bot for 150 hours straight and dont get banned, and others 2 hours they get banned it's just luck.
