for me it says its not locked, but for my customer he says its locked and cant post on it

they need 40 post to post on a service thread. 20 in the market i think, not sure.

Your customer is the issue. Loads fine here. (Doesn't the market have a post requirement? Maybe he doesnt fit it?)

needs more post count for him to reply

Users need 20 post count for the Market and 40 post count for Services.
