I have noticed that normal members don't have the time online hook.

Is this on purpose or are the permissions messed up? (If you need ACP help with this an Administrator may contact me).

It's not a perk of VIP nor Sponsor and yet they seem to have the hook added.

Would like some clarity, I do not mind not having it, I find it rather strange every does except the normal members.

It seems to be removed. The Ex-Staff rank doesn't have it either.

All Non-Paid users do not have the priveledge to view their Time Online.
