There's the abyss teleport random which no one mentions of (Doesn't happen often but since i run Green Drags i happen to come across it every now and then), sent my account to Laz and hope it gets through

this list isn't even fully updated. I think it's missing mine and miles/giles/nile freaky forester cage are working also.

Molly doesn't work
