VPNs

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

I was thinking of using a VPN, not only for Runescape but for web browsing in general (like getting Netflix in Australia, since Australia doesn't have Netflix) and I have a question; Are they safe to put banking details through? For example, I wanted to sign up to a Netflix subscription and I have to put in my Credit Card details. Can the hosting company track that? Furthermore, could someone direct me to a trusted proxy that I could use, if they are safe?

~Thanks, Dwarfy.

P.S, I think this topic will help lots of people with the same questions I have.

Don't use VPN. They are very dangerous.

They're about as dangerous as the tooth fairy.

Free proxies and VPN's are run by people who are either interested in recording all your data so they can sell it for profit to database and marketing companies or use it as a vehicle to install viruses and bots on your computer.

These people don't give away what costs them thousands of dollars a month in equipment and internet costs for no return on their investment.
