hey does anyone if bonds can be traded to newly created runescape accounts? like with a trade limit and such?

 

 

Yeh it is just possible to use a bond on a low level. That what i thought atleast. Try googling it real quick :D

    Yes you can purchase on a freshly made acc and works aswell, Bought one a few days ago from Satan for a fresh acc.
