How often do they hand out one year bans from bot busting?

I've heard of 12 hours, 2 days, 2 weeks, and perms but I've never seen a year ban before from bot busting.. How often do they happen?

 

Your offence goes away after one year, 

Not sure , but i think its if you have only like half the meter or so. not fully perm banned

Thanks, i feel stupid for not realizing that. No wonder why it seemed so weird
