Two suggestions:
- A break handler. This possibly is a really good anti-ban addition. It'll definitely appear more human-like to Jagex.

- A 'stop script after..' option for every individual bot. That way, you can shut down your moneymaking script after say, two hours, while you continue woodcutting on another.
