Anyone know how I can fully secure my skype, so that it doesnt involve it being re-hacked or if I make a new one it will be possibly liable to be hacked?

Make a new skype with a email new email that you will never uses again on a VPN and buy skype credits.
This is pointless because you were NEVER hacked!.....
