I'm assuming this will be on your personal computer..? If so, that's not really a good idea, because;

 

- any bans on your accounts will affect the clients' accounts, too

- you will be able to access your clients' accounts at any given time without their permission

It sure does say 'VPS'.. but that doesn't mean it's not on your PC. For example, VMWare on your private computer is a VPS, too.
