So I have a account which i am looking to sell. But the thing is its not member and for some reason when i try to search its name on the 07 high scores it says no results. Is there any other way i can get the stats of the account without actually making it member. I remember before i was able to look up accounts that weren't member and it would show me their stats. I dont know if they did some update or something, thus accounts with no mems are not found on the 07 high scores.

You're probably not banned. Jagex refreshed the highscores a few weeks back; the only way to reappear on the highscores is to login - which means you need member.
