he could just want to keep those stats the same to retain some aspect of the effort put into the account

I would like an account like this entirely for staking and staking ONLY! I admire the 1 pray and how you have gotten 70 attack in order for accuracy and for the whip which I feel would be beneficial when staking. The main reason I would like this account is because I am willing to put time and effort into increasing the strength levels and large ammounts of time into staking so that I can gain money for my account and also to get a name for myself, I currently have around 11m which I hope to use to maybe double or triple in value due to this staker! I have had experience with staking such as DDS 1 def stakers that I recently sold and also range stakers. I feel this account would be the perfect starter account to put me back on my feet again and start staking! Also, this account would give me a big head start as I wouldn't have to level my account up to these stats in order to stake again. I hope you take into account my message and hopefully nominate me as a new owner of the account!
