What exactly is VPS, and how is it essential for 2 bots on one IP?

Featured Replies

Hi there guys, what exactly does a VPS do, and how do you get it, can it be done remotely, from your home, or is it something else, and is it essential for someone who will only be doing this for 2 bots?

Thanks in advance,

Kind regards,

Addrian

A VPS is a virtual private server, it is a windows/linux installation on a server that runs more VPS's.

You can remotely connect to a VPS from home and you can just use it as a regular computer, it is 24/7 available..

2 bots isn't worth a VPS.

A vps is hosted in a data center that is pretty much a 'virtual computer'. A vps can be used for many things, such as botting or hosting an RSPS.

A VPS is not essential for 2 bots unless you are running a $10 computer rig. I know some people who use a VPS for 1 or 2 bots only because of energy costs or because of keeping it on.
