When I botted Diablo 3 for profit, Blizzard did exactly the same thing. Set up invisible NPCS with very high health, it would be aggresive but unable to hit you, so you'd hit continously attempt to hit it, or manage to hit it and take ages killing it thus flagging.

I'm having the same problem.. is there a fix for this?

Thats how they banned me mining with invisble frog random i did post a while back with pics
