Measurements

chest; 50 inches

waist: 33 inches

calves: 17 ½ inches

Neck: 18 inches

Arms: 16½ inches

Legs: 27 inches

This doesn't even make sense:

Your calves are small but your quads are big.

 

1: I am at 20 inch calves and 25 inch quads.

2: I am 45 inch chest and 32 waist...

You weigh 215, which is 35 lbs more than me, and you are taller by 1 inch... Your arms are 1/2 inches bigger than mine.

Is your face holding like 20 extra pounds?

+ 17 inch calves/27 inch legs, even if you were that big (which is COMPLETE bull), you wouldn't run a mile in 10 minutes... which is slow. Really slow.

 

Good thing this handy dandy tape measure tells me you are full of shit biggrin.png But still, like I said before.. OP's routine isn't half bad for an all around work out in like 2 1/2 hours

 

20 inch calves, lmao l2measure correctly. Most people have around the same calf/arm size

You're probably the guy who went to the gym once with a big guy who taught you shit form. Hit the treadmill once on 5.5 and said fuck this, I won't ever need to run!

 

I never do cardio cus I don't need it. Can run 2 miles in 15 mins and that's good enough for me.

 

Running builds on your legs. Not like doing squats or leg press, but it builds on calves and hams.

I bulked up from 165-190 lbs (6'1''), 135-235 bench, 12-19 inch arms in 2 months... Later I found that I had a hernia o.O

My point, its about your motivation/determination but also your availability. If you can't hit the gym you might as well not.

 

If you aren't motivated then you might as well not go anyways. That is easily achievable.

 

But OP has a decent routine if he is trying to cover an all body per day -.-
