Try looking at tutorials on youtube. it will save you time and money :) port fowarding is really easy once you know what your doing.

I have and i really know what i'm doing with computers but maybe i'm just missing something... Ugh, i just cant figure it out =P

If you're pforwarding a server the easiest part is logging into your router and adding new settings. Maybe your no-ip addres isn't added in the client properly?

For what purpose are you port forwarding? Gaming??

Access router settings, usually 192.168.0.1 or similar by default, check your router.

Then manage to port forwarding tab, as you should have one, and do it, should be easy from that point on.
