Volumedrive.com, go for dedicated, there is a AMD FX-8350, which goes for cheap, aswell check out others - you will not get cheaper than that I believe :)

Honestly price would be around 1800-2200. You possibly could build 3-4 computers for 500 each and do 10 bots each on them. Might be more cost efficient if you know how to build your own computer.

If you are going proceed with projects such as this one, I would recommend in investing your owner server(s).

 

Much more cheaper in the long run, and much more secure and you can be in control of your I.P/Static I.P all the time, so if you do get flagged you can effectively pick up and solve the problem.
