i paid for that celestialfletcher 5dollar and its not working now and now the price have gone up to 9dollar do i have to pay it again or is the script just down? 

Pretty sure he uploaded a newer fixed version to the SDN. Should be up soon. Message him for a proper answer. There should be no need for you to pay it again.
