I wish to unsubscribe from a premium script due to an inactive scriptwriter, as well as unsub from VIP.

How do I go about this?

You can cancel the renewal fee by, clicking your name (top right), click client area, click purchases, click the purchase and then click cancel subscription.

 

Or (cancel via paypal)

 

Click 'All Payments' (Bottom of paypal dashboard), Click the payment you want to cancel (if it has 'Active' near it's going to renew) Click details off the payment and then scroll down and click 'Cancel Subscription'.
