I've been reading through the forums lately and have noticed that the vast majority of Terms of Service for services threads are rather flimsy, so I've taken the liberty of beefing them up a bit for everyone's security. Now 200% more contractually binding!

---TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE---

1) I, [NAME], understand that by giving payment of [xM OSGP] to the service provider, [SP NAME]- I will have entered a contract for him to complete the services listed above. I will not log onto the account at any time during the estimated service period for any reason, unless discussed with [SP NAME] beforehand. I also acknowledge that breaking this term of service will be grounds for termination without any form of refund.

2) The service provider, [NAME], is not responsible for any bans, mutes, hijacks, or any subsequent negative actions that may impede the status of my account while he is providing the service. As the service provider, I will not unlawfully remove items from the account being serviced, nor will I take any funds off of the account more than to the extent of what was agreed upon.

3) In the event that I decide that I want to terminate the service early for any reason whatsoever, I will be refunded exactly half the initial cost [xM OSGP] by the service provider.

4) I will deliver payment [xM OSGP] to [SP NAME] via the in-game trading system. In addition to this, I will not compromise his in-game identity by releasing that information to any third parties for any reason, under any circumstances whatsoever.

5) By providing payment [xM OSGP] to the service provider, [SP NAME], I am giving my digital signature that I fully understand the extent of the Terms and Conditions listed herein and will not break these terms of service for any reason, under any circumstances whatsoever. In addition to this, I fully acknowledge that breaking any of these terms of service will be grounds for termination without any form of refund.

*OPTIONAL* 6) I, [NAME], will provide all required materials to [SP NAME] to complete the quests and obtain the levels detailed within this services contract.
