I need a prepaid card with any balance on it. Willing to pay up to 3m osrs for it, so don't put a lot of money on it. Looking for used ones.

 

Note: I am putting the card on my paypal account so it must be able to apply there. Sometimes it requires personal information before being attached so please don't have it connected to information you aren't willing to tell me.

I suggest trying to add the card to your paypal to see if it works before contacting me. Create a new paypal, attach it, see if it worked. If not, don't contact me.

 A prepaid will not work. Just go to Walmart and buy a fucking BlueBird card and activate it - it is prepaid but it's an actual debit card and WILL work.

Lol prepaids do infact work to verify paypal accounts. I have several verified Paypal accounts not hard, just photoshop docs and give a prepaid card and done.
