Oh okay. Well either way if I was botting or not wouldn't I of been ban by now if my IP was flagged?

what were you botting?

mining guild and rune rocks

@twinkie, yes if you are not banned within at LEAST 2 hours, your ip should be just fine :)

@gwyn, rune rocks have a high ban rate just like magic logs, red chins etc..

Anything high profit wise, will be highly bannable ;/ Best you make a mule account cause you will get banned a lot if you bot a rune rocks

Reset your router to see if you've got a dynamic IP which changes everytime you reset it, or use a VPN

i reset my router and i think i have a static ip, what vpn would you recommend?

Changing your router ip will NOT make you un ip banned.

Because your isp ip is still the same no matter what. You have an ip address from your company, and a router ip address

they are 2 DIFFERENT ip addresses, jagex bans your isp ip address, not your router cause any1 can get a new router or change it. Come on now it's not that easy :) when you ip banned they make sure you have to go through hell to get it un done

If you want to get un ip banned, you must call your isp and have them change your main ip address.. (not the router)

Cheers

is it a pain in the ass or cost money to change your ip adress by contacting my isp?

if you have a static ip address call your isp ( internet service provider) the company that gives u the internet and u pay.

No they will not charge you i have done this twice.

You tell them that you are getting ddos attacks and you can't even use the internet, your ip address got leaked online and now people are ddosing you.

they should change your ip instantly and say try to avoid doing that again. Cheers smile.png

oh and (P.s) if you do this more than 1-2 times they will start to catch on and they WILL charge you, but it should be free the first 2 times
